What shipping method will you use to ship my order?

You may select from several shipping methods during order checkout. For expedited FedEx service, the order must be placed by 11:00 AM CT/Noon PM ET (orders placed on a holiday or other non-business day will be processed and shipped the next business day). Occasionally, we may offer Free Shipping; those offers are subject to the terms and conditions of that offer, and those shipments will ship with our preferred carrier to addresses within the contiguous U.S. only.

Placing and Receiving Orders
Unless noted otherwise at the time you place your order, we ships all items within two business days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

What payment methods can I use to place an order?

When placing an order at you may use the following payment methods: Discover, MasterCard, Visa, debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo, and PayPal. We cannot accept checks, cash, or money orders as payment. We accept credit cards only from countries to which we ship.
